Lucía is a lawyer and graduate of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with experience in construction arbitration and disputes arising from infrastructure projects delivered under NEC Contracts and the public procurement framework.
She is involved in the analysis and preparation of construction claims, as well as in the contractual and legal analysis of disputes and their avoidance and resolution through proceedings before Dispute Boards and arbitral tribunals.
She also contributes to legal research on the management of construction claims under FIDIC Contracts, NEC Contracts and the public procurement framework.
