Lucía is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with experience in construction arbitration and disputes arising from infrastructure projects carried out under NEC Contracts and the public procurement framework.
She participates in the analysis and preparation of construction claims, as well as in the assessment of contractual and legal aspects of disputes and their prevention and resolution through proceedings before Dispute Boards and arbitral tribunals.
She also participates in legal research related to the management of construction claims under FIDIC Contracts, NEC Contracts, and the public procurement framework.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
