About Us

She is a lawyer specializing in Construction Law, advising on contract strategy, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution, arbitration, and serving as a Dispute Board member on infrastructure projects.

She studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she graduated with honors. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership Skills from EADA Business School Barcelona and a Master of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Contract Management, Claims and Delay Analysis in Construction Projects at Politecnico di Milano.
In addition, she is certified as an NEC4 ECC Project Manager and as a Dispute Board Member by the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. These certifications strengthen her understanding of the construction business and the strategic interests of owners, contractors and investors.

She serves as an arbitrator in construction and infrastructure disputes , and as a Dispute Board member in Peru and other countries across Latin America.

Tatiana combines professional practice with a longstanding academic career. She continues to deepen her expertise in her areas of specialization and contributes to academic development through legal research and postgraduate teaching in Construction Law, FIDIC Contracts, NEC Contracts, Construction Claims, Dispute Boards, and Construction Arbitration in Peru and Latin America.
