She is a lawyer specializing in Construction Law, a consultant in contract strategy, dispute prevention and dispute resolution, an arbitrator, and a Dispute Board member in infrastructure projects.
She studied Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, where she graduated with honors. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Executive Skills from EADA Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Contract Management, Claims and Delay Analysis in Construction Projects at the Polytechnic University of Milan.
She also holds NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation and Board Member Certification issued by Centrum Business School. These certifications strengthen her understanding of the construction business and the strategic interests of owners, contractors, and investors.
She serves as an arbitrator in construction and infrastructure project disputes, and as a Dispute Board member in Peru and other Latin American countries.
Tatiana combines professional practice with sustained academic activity. She continues to deepen her expertise and contributes to academic development through legal research and teaching in postgraduate programs on Construction Law, FIDIC Contracts, NEC Contracts, Construction Claims, Dispute Boards, and Construction Arbitration in Peru and Latin America.
