She has been involved in large-scale projects across Latin America, advising public and private entities in scenarios where decisions directly impact the direction, cost, and viability of projects.
She also acts as an international arbitrator and Dispute Board member in disputes related to infrastructure projects in Latin America and Spain.
She is also a postgraduate professor in courses related to construction claims, FIDIC and NEC contracts, Dispute Boards, and construction arbitration.
Adela Mena is the Administration and Operations Manager at CDR Consulting, where she is responsible for the firm’s administrative, financial, and operational management, as well as providing executive support to its strategic projects.
She leads internal organization, resource planning, and operational coordination, ensuring the firm’s efficient functioning and the proper execution of its activities.
She has experience in resource management and leadership in high-demand corporate environments, bringing a structured and efficiency-driven approach.
