Tatiana Herrada shared her vision on DABs and dispute resolution during DRBF panel

Our Director participated as a speaker at the National Dispute Boards Conference organized by the DRBF in Lima, where she addressed key factors for preventing and resolving disputes in DABs.

The experience and strategic vision of Tatiana Herrada, Director of CDR Consulting, were part of the panel “Management Strategies in DBs/DABs: Key Success Factors, Ethics, and Values” at the National Dispute Boards Conference, organized by the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) on June 13 in Lima.

As an invited speaker, Tatiana addressed a key topic for the development of the sector: What is required from the DABs and the parties to prevent and resolve disputes? She emphasized the importance of strengthening soft skills in all involved actors, as well as ethical commitment and the building of trust-based relationships.

She shared the panel with renowned specialists from the region: Patricia Polanco López, Alex Wagemann, Marlene Anchante Rullé, José Andrés Lama, and María Eliana Rivarola Rodríguez. It was a space where best practices in the use of Dispute Boards were brought to the table, along with deep reflections on how adjudicators’ behavior impacts the development of the processes.

“The only way to do things better is to sincerely and humbly recognize how we’re doing them today, and from there, commit to keep improving” expressed Tatiana, reaffirming her perspective on the continuous evolution of dispute resolution.

At CDR Consulting, we are proud of our director’s active participation in these leadership spaces, which strengthen professional dialogue and contribute to the growth of the entire industry.
