Nicole Camarena, attorney of CDR Consulting, participated last April 4th and 5th in the «XVI International Congress on Government Procurement, JRD, DABs and Arbitration». The event was held at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Cuzco and was organized by the State Arbitration Circle and the Zambrano Association.
Nicole not only attended as moderator, but also as part of the organization committee of the congress, in her role as Director of Academic Events. Additionally, she had the opportunity to moderate the IV Panel, which discussed the topic: «Is it feasible the enforcement and annulment of awards in Peru? In this discussion table, she had the opportunity to share the panel with the renowned expert Alonso Bedoya.
In her words, Nicole highlighted the importance of spaces like this for the public procurement system and its dispute resolution mechanisms. «The possibility of sharing experiences of professional practice and being informed by academic analysis is fundamental», she commented.
