This week at our CDR/Consulting offices, a breakfast meeting was held with clients, where we had the opportunity to share a space for networking and learning through an enriching Master Class on Disruption Claims in Construction Projects.
The event was led by two high-level speakers: Tatiana Herrada, Director of CDR/Consulting, and Humberto Zuleta, Managing Director of The Baseline Group, who provided their extensive experience and knowledge on this topic for the construction sector. During the session, participants were able to discuss best practices and claims management related to disruption in infrastructure projects.
This type of disruptions are becoming more frequent due to the complexity of today’s projects and the multiple factors that can influence their development, which is why having the right tools to address these challenges is key to minimize risks and optimize results.
This meeting, in addition to being a training space, allowed us to strengthen our bonds with our clients, generating an environment conducive to the exchange of ideas and experiences. We are especially pleased with the active participation of our attendees, whose collaboration contributed to a pleasant and productive morning.
