She is an expert in the usage and execution of standard form contracts such as FIDIC, NEC3 and NEC4, as well as in Dispute Boards and Construction Arbitration, under the CCI´s rules.
Her focus lies in designing contracting strategies and construction procurement, as well as the prevention and resolution of controversies of infrastructural projects, and holds a highly valued expertise regarding public projects contracted by the Peruvian Government.
She serves as an arbitrator in the resolution of controversies linked to the construction sector. In addition, she acts as adjudicator and DAB member in infrastructural projects executed in Peru and LATAM.
