On March 6, 2024, our director, Tatiana Herrada, had the opportunity to interview Jerry Brodsky in the event “Fireside chat: The voice of experience”. During this conversation, they discussed the progress in the LATAM region regarding the use of Dispute Boards (DAB), within the framework of the DRBF congress in Panama.
Our director highlighted from this interview that the communication skills of the DAB are not only required to assist parties in reaching solutions for projects, but also for the adoption of agreements and management within the DAB itself.
In that sense, the project needs a DAB that functions as a team, synergistically and aligned.
